Throughout the week, they will develop and grow their engineering skills and use them to complete the culminating project where they will design and build a robot of their own design!

Throughout the camp, Ninjas will explore the basics of game building on Roblox, an innovative online gaming platform. They'll spend their time designing and crafting their own 3D worlds, gaining valuable skills in planning, designing, and constructing immersive environments. This isn't just about creating games—it's about bringing imaginative ideas to life! Campers will not only build and explore new realms but also have the chance to share their creations with friends locally and globally. This collaborative and creative process encourages teamwork and boosts confidence as they see their visions come to fruition.

This camp is the ultimate playground for kids who dream of altering and enhancing their Minecraft worlds. Ninjas will transform Minecraft Java Edition into a personalized adventure by harnessing the power of MCreator to craft their own incredible mods. They'll create custom elements like ore, blocks, ingot, crafting recipes, weapons, armor, potions, custom biomes... the list goes on. And yes, it even includes nuclear TNT! Ninjas will also get hands-on experience with Blockbench and learn how to code procedures in MCreator with block language. Time to turn those modding visions into reality!

This camp offers an inspiring journey through the art of stop motion animation experimenting with Claymation, LEGO® Minifigures, paper cutouts, and more, while learning the intricate process of capturing images frame-by-frame. This hands-on approach produces video in a rapid prototyping style culminating in various shorts from enchanting magic trick illusions to captivating walking character animations to a thrilling 3-part story. Ninjas will develop their own independent projects while also collaborating in teams, fostering teamwork and creative exchange.

Perfect for kids eager to explore their creativity, this camp offers a hands-on journey into designing and bringing ideas to life using Tinkercad. Ninjas will code and print their own custom models, including fun and functional items like bubble wands and keychains. As they embark on this creative adventure, they will learn invaluable tips, cool techniques, and best practices for exciting explorations in 3D modeling and printing.

During camp, Ninjas use code to control robots and automate tasks like farming and digging in Minecraft Education Edition®, transforming tedious jobs into exciting challenges. They'll explore fundamental computer science concepts such as loops and functions, using these skills to create awe-inspiring events like spawning hundreds of chickens from the sky! Step right up to the Coder Carnival where Ninjas harness the power of micro:bit microcontrollers and Makey Makey circuit boards to design interactive games that come to life with electronics, sensors, and sounds. Camp culminates in a spectacular Carnival, where campers showcase their imaginative creations to family and friends.

Ninjas ages 8-13 will use platforms including Minecraft Education, to transform into Data Defenders, safeguarding virtual data centers from sneaky viruses and following cryptic clues to unravel the mysteries of suspicious online activity. They'll explore the art of cyber defense through hands-on adventures like coding their own antivirus, spotting phishing scams, and crafting secret ciphers. And fair warning—be prepared to update your own login info after they witness the power of strong passwords by attempting to crack into fake accounts. It's a week jam-packed with action, creativity, and loads of learning!
